'My Shipments' provides you with a general overview of all your recent bookings with Hapag-Lloyd. Upon entering the site all of your active transports will be displayed.

If you are a customer with more than 500 bookings per month, please narrow your list of results by filling in the desired search criteria.
This is necessary to limit the amount of results returned and increase the performance of the system.

It is also possible to sort the results by Import view or Export View.

Once at the booking list, you find information about Maritime Transport Documents belonging to your bookings, start and end of transport, ports, departure and arrival dates
and vessels.

Security

Each Hapag-Lloyd Online Business user will only be able to view those bookings where his / her assigned company (organization) is involved.
Shipment data is never published to persons / users who are not involved in the transport.

If you do not have all authorizations for the services above you can request them via My Account. More information on how to request your authorizations you find within this user guide in the section My Account.
